IT’S TIME Toolkit

Explore resources from the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) to support culturally based ways of helping people reduce and stop using commercial tobacco.

The IT’S TIME toolkit has four parts. Each part blends Western Knowledge and Indigenous Ways of Knowing.

Helpers Guide

The Helper's Guide includes six 90 minute sessions of cognitive behavioural therapy incorporating Indigenous Ways of Knowing.

Helper's Condensed Guide
